A dropdown menu is used to select the needed report, which then displays a page to input the report parameters. Also a radio button allows the selection of having the output to Crystal Reports or Microsoft Excel. Oracle procedures were created/enhanced to gather/format the data.

Crystal Reports, COBOL, JCL, SQL, MAGIC, TOAD, SQLNavigator, Putty, UltraEdit, JAVA, CICS, Hyperion, ORACLE 8i
While still at Fairfield Resorts I was moved to the global IT application support team, promoted to the Team Lead position and responsible for 6 teams. These teams support reservations, tours and campaign applications. These applications exist on VMS using ORACLE 8i, Windows 2000 Server with ORACLE FORMS and SQR for reports. e.Piphany Sales & Service and Crystal Reports accessing Oracle 10g. e.Piphany Campaign Management accessing Oracle 10g. IRIS, a homegrown reservation system, uses JAVA, Versada and Oracle 9i. Though I spent most of my time performing analysis and guiding the teams I also assisted with development. I generated/coded many Crystal reports for upper-management, several departments, and myself to aid in resource and problem management. When release time schedules were tight I would review, fix and/or code SQL. We just went thru multiple re-orgs, lost many coders, so I am now directly supporting the Central Reservation System platform using ORACLE 8i, SQR, Hyperion, JAVA and PL/SQL. Currently the Platform is being upgraded to 10g, Hyperion and JAVA. I am being trained in Hyperion, SQR and JAVA so I can completely support the platform.
Crystal Reports, COBOL, JCL, SQL, MAGIC, Putty, UltraEdit, ISPF, CICS
A member of the 4-person team supporting the reservation and contractual mainframe DOS/VSE based system. We were responsible for maintaining all mainframe applications, rotating production on-call, application quality assurance, fixes for client reported problems through the Application Support Group (help desk) and limited application enhancements. I was solely responsible for all external/server interfaces to the mainframe. Some of the interfaces/systems were TCP/IP, FTP, Oracle and PeopleSoft. On March of 2005 I became part of the Software Configuration Management team with the initial goal of bringing order and corporate compliance to the changing of the production environments. This lead to my heavy utilization of Crystal Reports, Remedy MAGIC and limited use of Clear Case.
COBOL, JCL, UltraEdit, ISPF, VSAM, CMS, ICCF, GTB, Mlog, Faqs, CICS
I formed Tankknight Services and contracted with Fairfield Resorts as part of a team that enhanced Fairfield’s DOS/VSE based system. The majority of the programs were written in COBOL 68, undocumented and year 2000 non-compliant. My task had initially been to perform an upgrade analysis, but was changed to directly modify the programs to be year 2000 compliant and be in COBOL 85.

COBOL, JCL, DB2, QMF, SQL, TSO, ISPF, CICS
For seven of ten years was Team Lead on Assessments, Analysis & Design, and application development of small business billing (data & voice networks) projects for the MEGA Call Processing group. I was responsible for close to 70 projects that I either assessed or completed through the complete lifecycle. These stages were project assessment thru project implementation and post-implementation support. The system was 5 million lines of code, ran 11,000 jobs each month, had 750 CICS programs that executed approximately 400,000 times. Further, the system processed approximately 600,000,000 transactions each month with a 3.6 billion dollar revenue stream contribution. I directly contributed to the reducing of the Abend rate in this system from 10% to .02%. Initiated and maintained direct communication to the Network Engineers, to external Vendor developers/leads and other internal mainframe and Unix mid-range departments. Project Lead on the FORUM Billing Interface project to link Audio Conferencing with 3 internal billing systems. I was the technical Point of Contact for the development of Lotus Notes in the ISN department and was part of the Environment Team to provide support for the entire NCBS billing group on the migration of Endevor packages to production.
